Ideal for a full body massage, with more of the extra techniques like Deep Tissue, stretching, Neuromuscular Therapy, myofascial release (for particularly stiff muscles), reflexology, or trigger point work. Basic Session (65 minutes) $75
This is the quintessential “full-body” massage, designed to relax and relieve everyday tension. Alternatively, this type of session can be used to address 2-4 specific problem areas. Please understand that an hour isn’t enough time to properly do: 1) deep work on one area AND a full body massage, or 2) deep work all over.

This is for the person who wants to float away for a while. Anyone under serious stress or who has multiple problem areas or flexibility issues would do well to try a 2-hour massage. We have ample time to try multiple techniques. Good for deep relaxation, or a lot of corrective work.

Power-Buff Without the Fluff (15 minutes) $25
Talk about bang for your buck! Within 15 minutes, you will feel completely energized, refreshed, and relaxed all at the same time. No undressing, no messy oil. Ever been “buffed” by a Jeanie Rub massager in a chiropractic office to loosen tight muscles before an adjustment? Well now you can schedule an appointment to stop in here on your way home and get the same thing, only ours lasts more than just a couple of minutes. You will be ready to face the world! Includes complimentary Aromatherapy upon request!
This is an extremely gentle procedure that is much like a massage except the pressure is exceptionally light. You’ll undress, lie down on the massage table underneath the blankets, and float away. It’s ideal for fatigue, detoxification and cleansing, eczema, wellness, low immune function, post-surgery, and it’s absolutely necessary for management of lymphedema.
Though you will often see real results after just one session, the nature of Lymphatic massage benefit is cumulative, rather than a quick-fix or a fad. Lymphatic programs require a commitment, so we offer several affordable package options.

We now have formal training to specifically address the special needs of kiddos ages 3 and up. If you have an even younger child with a calmer disposition, then he or she might also respond to massage well. Massage for children is a perfect holistic solution for those with a desire to manage ADD/ADHD or other signs of stress without the use of harmful brain-altering medication, and it’s surprisingly effective! Now that you know the benefits of receiving massage yourself, please share this precious gift with your child, BEFORE they prematurely develop the disastrous effects of stress on their bodies, which can be seen increasingly often even in grade school.

* Half sessions are available for kids 13 and under. Note: Hot Stones are not used for anyone under 13. For those 13-17, warm stones are used upon request.

Meridian Balancing |
Using electronic biofeedback to stimulate a total of 12 pairs of acupoints on the wrists and ankles, this kind of session helps to restore balance, vitality, and optimal function throughout the entire body! Each pair of acupoints is stimulated for 3 minutes, which has been said to be equivalent to an entire half hour of acupucture; thus, this treatment can have the effect of 6 full hours of Traditional Chinese acupuncture! This has been especially helpful for alleviating depression and fatigue, aiding in the processes of detoxification and tonification, and helping to re-balance and realign all of the systems throughout the body. Full Session (60 minutes) $75

Reflexology |
We draw upon an ancient Chinese healing method by applying deep pressure to specific points on the feet and sometimes the hands to help optimize corresponding parts of the body. Paying close attention to your feedback, we actually map out the “tender spots” and compare them to our professional charts, to see how we can help rebalance, relax, and revitalize your whole body. This is very similar to our Meridian Balancing treatment except that we use finger pressure on the feet and sometimes the hands, whereas Meridian Balancing utilizes a biofeedback device on the wrists and ankles. The benefits are practically identical. Feet Only (60 minutes) $75 Hands and Feet (75 minutes) $85
