We usually see new clients on Wednesdays at 2:00p or 2:30p, Fridays at 2:00p or 2:30p, and Saturdays at 9:00a or 9:30a.
Corporate chair massage is available on Friday afternoons and all day on Saturday.

Hi, and welcome to our site! 4th Consciousness Integrative Massage & Bodywork are Jay and Jyoti, two dedicated licensed massage therapists who specialize in pain management, detoxification/Lymphatic Drainage massage, and general relaxation massage, as well as a diverse array of unique services and bodywork techniques. Please note that we practice strictly-therapeutic (i.e. non-sexual) massage and bodywork.

Our practice is home-based, in our beautiful home studio in central Frisco, east of the Preston Rd and Stonebrook/Rolater intersection. We schedule by appointment only, and we do recommend advance booking whenever possible.
